The White Rose Scholarship Foundation is an outreach program of the Rocky Mountain Court System, and the Imperial Court of The Rocky Mountain Empire; a gay / lesbian / transgender social service organization founded in 1973 in Denver, Colorado. Over the past 15 years, over $200,000 has been awarded to a “rainbow” of people in order to assist in furthering their education. The White Rose Scholarship Foundation in no way discriminates against anyone on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, age, gender, or sexual orientation.

Since it’s inception, The White Rose Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $214,000 to multiple deserving applicants in pursuit to further their college education. White Rose Scholarship's funds, which are obtained through fund raising efforts of members of the Imperial Court of the Rocky Mountain Empire as well as private donations, are presented annually to recipients during The White Rose Gala.
Applications for The White Rose Scholarships are revised and made available each year in August. For consideration, completed applications must be postmarked by January 15th. All submissions are reviewed by an independent committee of civic, business and educational leaders. Apply Today.
